  • Negatively, it can be distracting in sales to see email opens that aren't accurate or don't pertain to a current sales cycle. Luckily Yesware allows you to stop tracking those emails.
  • Campaigns greatly keep me on track with my touch cadence. There is nothing negative about campaigns.

  • We started with this solution for one team member and it helped a lot, currently, we have 5 members of the same team using it.
  • Since the emails and attachments are tracked, our Reps are able to work on campaigns accordingly and it makes them efficient. Thus saving a lot of hours of their busy work when it came to using YAMM. Now they have more time to focus on setting up meetings or actually meeting.
  • Its integration with Zoom is flawless, yet again saving soo much time in setting up calls with the prospects. Our reps actually do what they are supposed to and not put in time and effort into admin work.

  • Increased the ability to create meetings that have the possibility of resulting in Closes of Sales, directly increasing ROI.
  • Allows for the email sender to see which links were clicked and personalize the conversation to reflect the topics therein.
  • Ability to call a prospect directly upon seeing that they have recently opened your email without giving a response.

  • I think net positive ROI from generating meetings that lead to closed deals. Ultimately very difficult to quantify the ROI since it is essentially automating a lot of the manual prospecting done by BDRs/AEs - so ROI is likely higher than just that quantifiable number around deals closed.
