Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
Zapier is a highly configurable API to move data between hundreds of different applications. I have used it between quickmail.io (email marketing) and PCRecruiter.net (CRM), so that when someone replies to an email, it triggers an event and loads it into my CRM system.
It works great between google apps and hundreds of CRM systems as well.
It does require some customization from the application that will be sharing the data with Zapier, as well as a key.

- Hundreds of published APIs
- Secure
- Provide a 14 day trial for ALL services
- Work with the companies to teach them to open up their API and make it more enhanceable
- Nothing else I can think of.
- ROI - I don't know
- Did take me time to learn
- Some debugging required.
