Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

We use Zapier in conjunction with our ats Workable to trigger communication including emails, texts, and custom integrations with other software using APIs, coding, and web hooks. We are able to create complex “recipes” that automate and simplify many of the repetitive tasks that we would normally have to complete manually.
  • Integrates with a large number of other softwares and their APIs.
  • Customizable and allows rules to be able to tailor zaps to your specific needs.
  • Simple to understand and use interface.
  • Can’t think of many but one thing is I’d like to have more customization around delays.
  • Nice if it could export information back into systems easier but I’m sure this is a limitation of the systems and not Zapier.
  • Significant time savings by reducing manual emails and texts.
  • Automatic creation of data records from other systems.
IFTTT I would compare to consumer software. Zapier is much more robust and has many more professional integrations.
Workable, MailChimp
It's well suited for integration with systems to send emails and texts, and there's so much more you can do. It lets you use your imagination to create.

Someone technical but mainly someone who can think through complex scenarios. Having and imagination is a good attribute as so much can be done with zapier.
