We use Zapier to automate certain business processes. This results in more free time that we can spend on more meaningful strategic tasks that cannot be outsourced to a computer. It also results in more consistency and reduces the risk of errors when working with 2 or more apps, or when transferring data from one app to another.
- Intuitive interface that is easy to use - even for non-techies.
- The number of integrations available! (There are over 1000+ apps!)
- Pricing - Zapier can be quite expensive if you have a large number of zaps.
- Zaps can't be duplicated.
- Time saved.
