Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

In our org Zapier is used to automate our workflow which involves multiple departments various tools. It's save lot of time and maintain the workflow and streamlining the process gives effective results in Onboarding, Off boarding tasks. Event based driven architecture, Reduce the manual effort. Maintains the history of workflows for Troubleshooting.

Cons

  • Handling some complex Logic (Loops and Branchs)extend the workflow time
  • Automation of repetitive tasks
  • Eliminated manual data entry between our Order flow and Onboarding Task
  • Integrating with various tools used in our Environment
it helps lot in our Onboarding because our onboard process involves 15 various tools and 4 different team with multiple stage of approvals. It's time consuming process and avoid the human error and missing process.
Also in our order workflow process it handles 5 different tools and 5 different teams with multiple stage of approvals.
No other solutions i experienced in our Automation workflow with current organization.

Parse structured content from incoming emails (like order confirmations, job leads, or form responses) and use it to send alerts.
Used in Order work flow, when someone places an order on our CRM which triggers the Zapier hook to begin the workflow for send a notification to Slack and creating tickets based on the logic transfer the tickets to right team and sending reminders.
