Overall Satisfaction with Zendesk Talk

Zendesk Talk is phone option used for our customers to contact us. We needed a VOIP that would integrate perfectly with out support desk. Instead of using a 3rd party plug in, Zendesk Talk is built into the support platform and works fluidly with all support operations. Compared to other solution like Aircall, Zendesk Talk simply works .

Pros

  • Answers customer calls
  • Very easy to create new numbers
  • Easy to set up routing, out of office messages, etc

Cons

  • Advanced Routing
  • Bulk software discount led to ROI
Everything about it works, as I have previously detailed. Coming from different companies and using other tools like Twilio or Aircall, those are VOIP tools that are built to be plugged into other tools, Zendesk Talk is natively built into Zendesk and feels correct in the user experience of Zendesk
It's natively built into the user experience, the others rely on outside apps to integrate into their platform. You can set up a Zendesk Talk account within minutes and have a phone number ready for customers to contact you.
