Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
Company-wide. It's a seamless onboarding and offboarding process. Easy to handle all employee deductions/contributions. It acts as a part-time employee helping me manage HR. I love how it’s easy to get assistance when you need it and they do a very good job of routing you to the right person.
- The layout is seamless and easy - visually appealing
- Offering friendly customer service and finding an answer for you every time you call/contact
- HR Education / Club Zen
- 401k integration with more companies
- My Aflac deductions are in crazy weird classifications like commuter benefits because there aren't enough classes
- Grandfathered in the plan so that was GOOD
