Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

The whole organization uses it for sending proofs to clients and receiving and managing feedback and changes, keeping projects on track. The designer uploads and sends proofs to clients and then the admin monitors it for feedback and approvals. It helps speed up our workflow and keep track on which stage the proof is at, the deadlines and automations help to reduce follow ups from out to do list.

- Simplified the process by keeping everything in one place, there are no longer 10 places to look for that comment and multi-emails coming through. - Looks professional when sending files - Improves client speed as the action on it quicker than via email - Easy to communicate with the team when the file is in an easy to find a location
We are a small team so have not used this feature as much, but it keeps everyone on the same page and informed about the project. It also helps clients to collaborate within their teams when there are multiple people needing to review a project.

I used to use Proofme, Ziflow has a lot more features and easy to use Clickup is my PMS and has a proofing tool but it is not as robust and easy to use
ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, ManageWP, QuickBooks Online, Notion, Dext Prepare (with Receipt Bank)
Great proofing software and I have tried many of them, great for easily sending files to clients and collecting feedback. It is well fitted for sending designs (print and web) for review to clients, especially when there are multiple stakeholders involved as they can all easily look at the same file and make comments simultaneously. It could also be used for in-house approvals and reviews.
