Ziflow is a proofing tool that allows us to organize our workflow and streamline feedback. We use the tool internally and also externally to collect feedback from almost 100% of our partners. Our work spans multi-channel marketing campaigns such as paid digital advertising, web optimization, and traditional advertising. The tool is also helpful for project management to maintain visibility of the review process.

I think Ziflow is a great alternative to Workfront Proof. The functions are very similar and the process is very easy to learn and follow once it's all set up. We have had to onboard many new users that have little proofing tool experience and they have had very few issues. Our next step is to hopefully link it within our Financial Force CRM so that our projects are automatically linked.
