Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is a proofing tool that allows us to organize our workflow and streamline feedback. We use the tool internally and also externally to collect feedback from almost 100% of our partners. Our work spans multi-channel marketing campaigns such as paid digital advertising, web optimization, and traditional advertising. The tool is also helpful for project management to maintain visibility of the review process.

Being able to move a project from internal collaboration to proofreader, to creative director, and finally to the client has been easy. Everything is well documented and previous versions can be viewed side by side to cross-reference revisions. Reminders are automated if a deadline has passed and all notifications are well-customized.
During the internal creative review stage of a project, we use the tool to communicate ideas. Comments can be replied to, and full conversations about the work can happen within the comment area. This is useful because we can tag multiple individuals and the conversation goes on. As long as they have access to the proof they will be able to respond.

I think Ziflow is a great alternative to Workfront Proof. The functions are very similar and the process is very easy to learn and follow once it's all set up. We have had to onboard many new users that have little proofing tool experience and they have had very few issues. Our next step is to hopefully link it within our Financial Force CRM so that our projects are automatically linked.
As a proofing tool for decks, designs, motion work, and websites we have found Ziflow to meet our demands and help our workflow and communication with our partners. Our work must go through multiple stakeholders and communication is the largest obstacle towards efficiently completing a task. With Ziflow we are able to onboard new users quickly, and use the tool at various stages in the process. Although issues exist accessing certain elements in file types (such as interactive links in .pdf's) their support team has always been helpful in determining helpful workarounds.
