Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow for the proofing of various design projects/tasks. Everyone in the company uses the software, from designers to managers to developers. It helps address the proofing process with clients and keeps everyone responsible for the review and commenting process, which helps cut down on the number of back and forth emails and revisions. It's nice [not to] get feedback through email, marked-up faxes, marked-up PDF documents, or Word documents with comments. This keeps everything in one place for the reviewing process and keeps my team and clients very happy.

The process of using Ziflow in the review process has simplified the way we do reviews. With custom workflows set up in Ziflow, it's easy to train new employees on how the process works, which saves a ton of time, time that is better spent doing billable work.
[Ziflow] simplified the process for us. Everyone is on the same page, and as a manager, we can check in on our team's progress and provide feedback to the team before the proof goes to the client. This is especially useful during work from home and less in-person reviews of projects and tasks in the office. It's actually easier for us to go straight to Ziflow instead of meeting in person to review, which wastes billable time.
