Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow allows us to seamlessly share proofs to our external customers and receive feedback without shooting a bunch of emails back and forth. It's user friendly and the user experience has been well received by our customers. What's critical is that there is a documented exchange that we can refer to, and none of the changes are left to interpretation. We no longer have to rely on manual communication between phone and email for the information we need.

It provides the opportunity for an organization to remove manual communication with emails and phone calls. Creative content is easily shared with the platform and external users have picked up on using it quite quickly.
All of our production artists have successfully used Ziflow to collaborate among projects and external users (clients) have easily worked within their times. Reviews are easier to conduct and approval comes faster.

Ziflow offered all of the featueres and capabilities that we were looking for. We actually canceled another service to transition to Ziflow.
Aside from the initial onboarding and the ongoing support from account managers, the experience has been rewarding and productive. I don't have any issues with a lack of capability, and customers have not had any issues working within the platform. I would recommend Ziflow to other organizations for use in their day-to-day operations.
