Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow allows us to seamlessly share proofs to our external customers and receive feedback without shooting a bunch of emails back and forth. It's user friendly and the user experience has been well received by our customers. What's critical is that there is a documented exchange that we can refer to, and none of the changes are left to interpretation. We no longer have to rely on manual communication between phone and email for the information we need.

- User-friendly interface that's easy to navigate

- Onboarding process could be slightly better
- Additional setup help to prepare for real-time use would be beneficial
