Ziflow helps us to keep our proofs organized and helps keep the approval process moving along efficiently. It also helps us to convey changes clearly and see past versions. With inputs coming from multiple sources it can be difficult to keep them all straight without the use of a tool like Ziflow

Ziflow has made moving creative content through our organizations review process much faster and much easier. Because proofs no longer sit in a pile on someone's desk and we are constantly able to know who in the process has and has not seen and approved the proof. Plus our graphic designers do not need to try and interpret hand written edits.

Previous to using Ziflow several different reviewers may have had that same edit to a particular piece or they may have had differing opinions on a particular edit. When the review process is not collaborative then those are all given independently. Ziflow make it so that the review process is much more open to all reviewers involved.
