Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We work in the apparel industry, creating tags and label for the brands identity. We use Ziflow for some accounts to upload artworks proof so then the brands can look at them and make a comment or either approved it. Ziflow is very helpful as we can upload multiple files no matter the size of it.

- Option to change the email of the person who will approved and make a decision

Ziflow did simplifies how we get approval from customers for arts as is a friendly interface. Each customer have their profile created and once we upload a proof they will get an inmediate notification that they have a proof to review. its helpful since we cannot send large files on emails and doing it with Ziflow is a great and smooth experience.
It impacted in a positive way, customers do like to use Ziflow to see the artworks and make comments if there is something that needs to be changed or updated. The good thing is that we can upload the revise proof on the same one the customer did not approved and it create a V2 version of it.
