How ZipRecruiter Stacks Up In Comparison

Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter is being used as an additional tool to attract applicants for open positions within my company. It is not currently the sole platform we use for advertising, so it does not directly solve any problems but it does allow us to expand our reach for applicants.
  • A broad reach of applicant pools.
  • It automatically connects with a variety of job boards.
  • ZipRecruiter needs to continue to advertise to the users/job seekers to grow their reach.
  • The tracking links you can create are okay, but not great.
  • ZipRecruiter has helped increase our diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • ZipRecruiter has given us a wider well-dispersed platform to advertise open positions on.
The two main competitors are LinkedIn and Indeed, both of which are superior to ZipRecruiter. All three are good and helpful systems, but at this time ZipRecruiter is not a platform that candidates are not as comfortable with or familiar with in comparison.
I have used ZipRecruiter for about a year and I never had an issue with customer service or system support. Any dealings I had with the representatives were pleasant and helpful.

Yes

Did ZipRecruiter live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of ZipRecruiter go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ZipRecruiter again?

Yes

At this time I would still recommend ZipRecruiter to a colleague, but I know it does not have the same reach or name recognition with candidates as other platforms do at the current moment.
