Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
The recruiting team in my organization uses ZipRecruiter on a nearly daily basis to find, vet, and source candidates for all of our job openings across multiple departments. It allows us to search across many different functions at the same time, saving us time money and resources in the job recruitment process.

ZipRecruiter appears to have higher quality candidates than some of the other job recruiting platforms that my company has attempted to use in the past few years. It seems as though ZipRecruiter works well across most positions that my company is looking for, whereas some platforms are targeted to a specific industry, which prohibits the job search.
I have not personally interacted with the customer support team for ZipRecruiter. However, I can speak to the professionalism of the representative that we worked with to initially onboard the software.
