Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We currently utilize ZipRecruiter as a job posting site for applicant flow and on occasion will utilize the resume database as a means of sourcing candidates.
- Transparent Pricing.
- Very clunky interface.
- No way to build projects for sourcing.
- I think ZipRecruiter is fine. We've had some isolated success with it in a couple of more rural populations.
It's been ok. I appreciate that ZipRecruiter has some build templates to utilize that you can access fairly easily.
It has not affected my business either positively or negatively.
I don't think ZipRecruiter really stacks up all that well compared to LinkedIn Jobs or Indeed. However, one of my clients really likes ZipRecruiter so, I use ZipRecruiter haha.
