Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Zoho Analytics is our go-to tool for all things BI. Whether is doing a live connection with our DBs on AWS, connecting with other Zoho services that we use, or pulling data from Google Big Query, Zoho Analytics makes it very easy for my team and me to bring in the data, complete our analysis and then create great visual dashboards with data drill-down capabilities. We use Zoho Analytics to measure all our key operational and transactional metrics as per our KPIs. We also use it to share reports with developers and key management, as per their security level.
  • Drag and drop creation of charts, pivot tables and dashboards
  • Connecting with multiple data sources with regular automatic data updates
  • Scheduled emails to send reports and dashboards to key stakeholders
  • Connecting data across Workspaces so as not to have to duplicate data
  • Ability to import data in Workspaces that have Live connections to DBs
  • Ability to write SQL queries in Workspaces that have Live connections to DBs
  • Saves time of human resources
  • Saves cost of human resources
  • Creates visualizations that stand out
Zoho Analytics has drag and drop capabilities which make it versatile for report and dashboard creation. The easy with which these can be created is unparalleled.
I don't use the AI capabilities yet, but the workspaces perform as well if there are 1K rows of data or 100K rows of data across tables in a workspace.
