Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

Zoho Analytics is really helpful in automating custom reports for my team and help me keep track of inventory, collection, billing and sales at my company on the regular basis. We have automated multiple custom reports and receive them over email everyday. Custom query builder is really intuitive and new reports can easily be created, scheduled and modified by using the conversational interface available. Mobile version of the app help me manage my reporting needs on the go. Overall, great experience. Must recommended for SME's who wants to run data driven operation within their company.

Zoho Analytics is an amazing tools for the SME who are starting out and want to keep tight grip on their operation using data. Scheduled custom report, helped in better tracking of various business lines. Helps in preventing loss and reduce time of operation. Data driven decision help us manage demand forecast and improve collection from the market. Must have product for data driven decision making.
Data from various sources can be integrated and custom report can easily be created on the go. You can create custom report by connecting data from CRM, Inventory, books and other products to have better insight into your company’s operation. Managing large set of data like traditional business on Excel is almost impossible. That just makes your decision taking capability slow. This is must-have product if you are looking to scale your operation and empower your team with analytics.
Microsoft is the basic for any small business who starts with reporting. As you scale and your data grows you feel the requirement of professional reporting suite that can keep up with the velocity and size of data. Empower your sales team with timely alerts and should not require you to spend 100s of hours in customizing the basic reports. Cost of Cognos is expensive. Also, implementation is many focused on keeping large scale companies in mind.

Mobile version of the app help me manage my reporting needs on the go. SME's and industry specific reporting would be a great feature to add.
