Zoho Analytics is our one stop shop for all data Zoho Analytics and all data Dexian India. We leverage the seamless integration between Zoho products and Zoho Analytics to identify various business KPIs and develop insightful reports. We have around 20+ Zoho products and several non Zoho applications that blend data. With new methods of data prep and ML based analytics optimization. My organisation is able to get close to realtime data and insights for daily leadership decision making process while the management is able to monitor the continuous and sometimes exponential growth

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use analytics for almost every department, but I specifically use it for the customer service department. We use the analytics to determine data points around how healthy our customers are and then use that analysis to decide which ones we need to focus on more. We use the product for all customers nationwide and have visibility for the entire company and team.

Pros

Analytics has a lot of customizable dashboard options.
Analytics can pull in many different kinds of data and allow you to work with it in your preferred way.
Analytics is integrated well with other Zoho systems.

Cons

Analytics doesn’t ever seem to pull completely accurate data from other Zoho systems.
Analytics can be slightly restrictive regarding access to the general user, preventing some of the fantastic analytics features.

Return on Investment

Analytics has been the foundation of my role. I manage 2000 accounts myself, so I need analytics to help me know whom to serve first.
Analytics provides a lot of visualization options that I need to serve my customers.
Analytics has excellent options for accountability with our training team to know where each account is in their customer journey.

We have used Zoho Analytics to do data migration to and from other systems. Zoho Analytics data source capabilities allows us to combine data and filter data from multiple data sources, including other Zoho Apps and external sources such as SQL Server. The API provided by Zoho also allows us to integrate reports for complex reports we provide to our clients.

We use Zoho Analytics to visualize our sales monthly for our five-time-a-year magazine. Someone uses the app to create beautiful charts and graphs for us to visualize the end-of-month results and plan for the future. We also have a report created regularly to show how we've done over the last few months. It is updated every month.

Pros

Analyzes the data we present to it.
Automatically crates' visually pleasing charts and graphs.
Handles complex information that give it and spits out reports our boss likes to see.

Cons

Customizing the graphs a little more would be helpful.
Sometimes the software glitches when we update spreadsheets.
Understanding how to perform some functions can be a bit challenging if this is the first time we're doing them.

Return on Investment

Zoho Analytics has dramatically impacted the time we spend creating reports. We probably save 20+ hours per month.
Due to the tight integration with the rest of the Zoho platform, we don't have to manually import data; it just shows up for us.
Having some of these reports in our pocket is great when the owner wants to see something, and we're not in the office. I love the mobile app and the ability to see reports on the phone.
