Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

We use Zoho Analytics to analyze people's data. Analysis of leave patterns, performance, and appraisals are easily created using Zoho Analytics. Earlier, we used to explore all data in Excel and analyze it. But now, we do it using Zoho Analytics. We plan to extend this to other aspects of our business like finance and internet traffic.

Pros

  • Easy to set up and use.
  • Advanced filters.
  • Report creation.

Cons

  • AI is rudimentary, but that's ok.
  • Query tables aren't easy to create.
  • Our people analytics has given us useful insights.
  • We are able to match pay patterns with people analytics better.
The tool is easy to set up and use. It covers the most common use cases and is great for a new business. It is also cost-effective compared to other tools in the market.
I don't think Zoho can handle large and complex data sets.

Appropriate for analyzing most data sets as long as they are simple. This covers most business use cases. I would recommend other "more powerful" tools for large and complex data sets.
