Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
We've been using Zoho Analytics for about 1 year now. We mainly do quality controls of services and use Zoho to give our customers access to statistics and issue alerts when anomalies are reported. Before moving to it, we were using an in-house developed solution which caused us a lot of maintenance problems.
- Dashboard and reports are fully customizable
- Daily data exchange with a MYSQL base works perfectly
- Interface is very pleasant to use and can be mastered without specific skills
- Support services are reactive and efficient. You can also find lots of tips and solutions on Zoho website
- Dashboards from Zoho Analytics are definitively more aesthetic than the in-house app we were using before.
- We no longer waste time and money in maintaining our old internal solution.
