Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)
Zoho Analytics is being used by our organization in order to create powerful and visually appealing reports ourselves without having to hire someone else or spend tons of time making a report. It has helped us save both time and money and also given us access to data to make sure our business strategy can be tweaked where needed. It is being used by our Operations and Sales teams in order to gain insights and data used to direct the business.

We have used other reporting tools, but not necessarily for sales as much, mostly only for social media such as ReportDash, DashThis, etc. But for sales data, Zoho Analytics is by far the easiest because of how it integrates with our CRM. This makes it a no brainer.
