Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Campaigns

We use Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns is a more than qualified and reasonably priced email tool that pairs beautifully with Zoho CRM to enable communication between the Firm and our key contacts and make data-based decisions by incorporating the engagement data from campaigns into the contact profile in CRM. I could use a more expensive option and pair it with a Zapier integration, but this is preferred.

It's about the automatons and the integration power.
Zoho Campaigns is best if you want to use automatons, integrate with a CRM, and care about the campaign data. This is not the best if you are focused on visually beautiful campaigns and don't have the ability to code them in HMTL. The tools out of the box here are more basic.
