It is being used to segment leads and create nurturing emails.

We decided to try Zoho Campaigns in lieu of previous applications being used. For the most part, the setup was similar and straightforward but the nuances in the UX and difficulty finding features made it feel harder than it had to be. Overall we still prefer other CRM platforms because they are easier to use and build upon.

Zoho Campaigns scenarios can feel similar to Mailchimp but lack the familiarity of that clean UX. While the features may be superior, the process of activating or using them can be difficult. Without a strong technical understanding of CRM, Zoho Campaigns might be difficult to use or have a steep learning curve for new users.
