Pros

  • Zoho CRM does a great job of gathering information into one place.
  • The ability to sync with other products and modules is a must in our technological age.
  • The cost of Zoho CRM was worth every penny, and affordable for our organization as it grew.

Cons

  • I would have liked to have more customization abilities without going into coding a new solution.
  • We were able to increase efficiencies by having one single solution that worked across multiple departments.
  • Having the ability to connect to other tools was integral to keeping things running.
Zoho CRM is a great tool for both the large and small business. I would like to see more custom field options, and the ability to really make the tool our own.
I would advise that my colleague utilize the support documentation and not be afraid to connect to all of the tools available to them. Connecting to Outlook was an integral part of our decision to use Zoho CRM.
