Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
It has been implemented in every department of the organisation. It is a CRM, it solves all sorts of issues, and helps information flow seamless from department to department.
- It does everything you want a CRM to do, most of the time.
- Tech support, or lack there of.
- Constant lies from chat tech support. We will do this by then... NEVER happens!
- Disaster mitigation. I have had something go wrong on their end. Instead of jumping all over it to fix their issue, they stonewall me...
- It has been catastrophic for reasons I still don't understand. In business I face issues each day. You jump on it and over deliver and everyone is happy. This organisation continually over promises and under delivers. Stone walling must be covered on day 1 of training. "That person is out of their office and the only other manger is on the phone"...
When we started on this journey we were much smaller and the costs [with Zoho CRM] involved were much more reasonable.
