Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho is used as the hub of the organization and it allows us to deal with funnels and managing our clients. On top of the CRM Zoho offers a tremendous amount of different solutions that integrate tightly. Zoho offers a free version, but if you want it to sync with your email you'll have to upgrade, but the free version will help get you setup and started.

- I wish they had a better in app integration with gmail
- They need to explain basic functions vs when they put you in a free trial for something
- Gamification doesn't make sense when there is a single user, don't ask me to upgrade!

- It stacks up with many of the other CRM's I've used.
For the prices you're getting a lot of bang for you buck! I used several CRMs that cost substantially more and cannot say I received any benefit for the money over Zoho. Also with the additional suite of products Zoho offers you can have a one stop shop for your companies operational needs from CRM to Books to Customer Service.
