Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used in our Sales Department and Offshore Data Team. Zoho CRM allows for employees to input data, generate contact lists, mass email contacts and organize the sales funnel. We used Zoho CRM for lead generation, along with prospecting.

  • Cheaper alternative to Salesforce
  • Needs better support representatives - very slow to answer inquiries.

Zoho CRM fit the companies budget needs. Very good tool for start-ups.
