Zoho CRM is been used on a larger scale as it has addressed a lot of problems like Helped to reach customers from every channel like mail, phone, social media, etc It gives real-time notifications whenever the customer tries to reach the business Whatever the communication happens, it helps in defining the effectiveness It helps in knowing the best time to reach the customers
