Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
Zoho CRM Plus has been used at 3D Infotech and represented a significant upgrade over other CRM options that were available at the time and that we had used. It's easy to update and make modifications to and keeps everyone on track to generate better customer relationships and sales. We use Zoho CRM to keep track of leads, customers, accounts. To manage opportunities and to maintain a comprehensive and consistent product database that allows for efficient quoting.

Cons
- Automated formatting of phone numbers to retain standard (xxx) xxx-xxxx for USA or +XX for international numbers.
- Better data validation.
- Better methods of grouping and suggesting products based upon group sets or recommended accessories (this would be highly beneficial).
- Faster management of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
- Organized product database and price list.
- Fast email campaigns.
I've tested most of the CRMs available but the ones we compared to primarily are Salesforce.com and Dynamics CRM. Zoho is just so much easier to have set up and to modify or customize later.
