- We can easily manage employee database
- There must be multiple organizations and line managers for each company separately managed
- Frequently used features must be added to an easy menu automatically for ease of access
- HR Analytics needs improvement
- HR Process Automation makes it convenient to set up auto processes
- The performance management cycle in Zoho People really helpful
