Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

Zoho reports are used to display analytical detail and insights on the instore promoter activity. Everything from number of sales, demos, copetitor activity to items cost comparisons.

Pros

  • Gread dashboard
  • Variety of reports
  • Abilitity to embedded to web
  • Simple as excel.

Cons

  • Can't really find any issue with Zoho yet.
I like the free features and simplicity of Zoho. Also great for a startup business.
Great data source connectivity.
Love it.
Well suited for analytics and anything that requires number data analysis. Not so sure it has predictive analysis eg: regression analysis in order to determine future trends.
