Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

Zoho reports is used by management to analyse helpdesk. It gives us an insight into how we are performing and meeting or missing SLA from the helpdesk.

  • Give at least 60 days trial
  • integrate/interface with other CRM systems
  • Create different themes
Zoho Reports is very simple to setup and use. It is simple to understand the interfaces and how it integrates.
It also offers indepth analysis and its even multi-lingual. not many Reports platforms offer this.
Not may sources to get data from.
Very dynamic. Easy to share.
Cannot think of any. It ticks all the boxes for me especially being able to read reports from the helpdesk system
