Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports
Zoho Reports is a complement solution we use for our BI (Microsoft Environment). It's currently deployed on a specific project and allows us to create, manage, and deploy data reports for around 30 users. We choose to use the Zoho solution because: 1. It is SAAS, 2. Learning curve is easy. 3. Pricing model is adequate. 4. Support and experience we have had with other applications sold by Zoho.

- Deployment simplicity
- ODBC connection is not simple (requires some work)
Price is a win for the service you get. It escalates and integrates well with other solutions. Support is a plus.
