Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are developing reports for use across the entire organization. We have some reports that have already been developed for a few departments.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use
Connects to all data sources
Cost Effective

Improving how data updates and refreshes are completed
Improve roles and rights administration
Improve speed

Alternatives Considered

Cost and ease of use were our two main drivers. There are many products out there, but their contract terms, pricing and general ease of use made this a good option for our company.

QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, BigTime IQ, Bullhorn CRM

Data Integration

I have only used this in a limited capacity. I ran into an issue that I wasn't able to resolve yet.

Collaboration and Sharing

Multiple options for sharing, distribution and security. Some limitations on formatting, but there's a balance between that and ease of use.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is a good tool for medium sized data and companies.
