Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports
We use ZOHO reports to manage and track all of our internal IT project work. The reporting functions allow for the flexibility we need and the level of detail that the task owners require to do their work.
- Ability to use SQL queries to generate reports
- Schedule report jobs for users
- Create dynamic reports that are publicly accessible
- The reporting data only updates on a 3 hour basis and you have to "fetch" the data manually in between
- We have not been using it long enough to measure.
Easier to implement and use across our IT and non-IT user base.
