Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

We use Zoho Reports as our BI tool, for sales and forecasting sales. It transforms and joins simple CSV files from different software to one BI Software.

Pros

  • Can make complex SQL Queries
  • Easy to use filters
  • Good documentation to learn

Cons

  • It can improve in the details in graphs, I would like to take the graph to PowerPoint slides
  • Read Facebook and Google Adwords ads data
  • Pre-built marketing dashboards
  • It has positive ROI, save a lot of time for the price
Because of the price
It is well suited for small business companies and small teams where there is not much budget to create custom made analytics tools.
