Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

We use Zoho Reports for generating Sales and Attrition reports. This allows us to track our salespeople and figure out who is performing best, and at which rate they are increasing their monthly sales.

Pros

  • Visually allows you to see the data
  • There are loads of pre-generated reports that can be tailored to your organization
  • It is very user friendly

Cons

  • There are some reports that need a lot of tweaking in order to generate info depending on how your Zoho CRM is set up
It is perfect for seeing sales performance side-by-side in terms of reps
