Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports

We use the Zoho Reports for two different sales teams, onboarding, account management and support. Zoho Reports allows us to gather data at a company level, but then also be able to break it down to a department and team level too.

Pros

  • Easily sync data with our CRM to provide more detailed look into our metrics.
  • Reporting options make it easy to display the information needed for each manager.
  • Scheduled reporting helps free up my time to do other tasks.

Cons

  • A bit of a learning curve to begin with and so there could be some additional materials to help get started easier.
We use both products at my company, so it isn't a matter of selecting Zoho Reports over Quick Base. But I do find Zoho Reports easily to use in combination with Zoho CRM and the other Zoho Products that we use.
If you are already using Zoho CRM this is a given to get the most out of your data.
