Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

The two best features I like about zoho are:
  • Automated posting on a scheduled time: Now I don't need to manually upload pics, write a paragraph, provide hyperlinks, etc. It's all done by zoho social and best thing is that, it's one time task.
  • Posting across all social pages of StrollUp: we have social presence on mainly 5 sites, but even with just 5 it was becoming managing seeing analytics of the post on those sites. Zoho made it simpler, Now I just need to open only one interface.

Pros

  • Automated post on a scheduled time
  • Posting across multiple social sites
  • analytics, it even tells you what is the ideal time to post on any site for maximum user engagement

Cons

  • seeing all the scheduled post is difficult
  • target audience selection is perhaps not yet there

  • saved hell lot of time and also salary for a social media manager ;)
clean UI and I was laready impressed with zoho mail
If you have multiple social pages and maintaining them is nightmare, then switch to Zoho Social, schedule once and forget them forever. Just focus on analytics
