Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to schedule my social media activity across several platforms. It enables me to ensure that all my social media channels are consistent and sending out the right messages at the right time. The analytics also help me to see which posts are most popular and what times of day they are more likely to be read.
  • The user interface is easy to use and simple to understand

  • I can select which posts appear on which channels at specific times
  • The analytics are easy to understand
  • I sometimes think that it is a bit fickle in its bulk scheduler. Sometimes the posts don't schedule and it isn't easy to see why.
Zoho Social allow complete control of all your social media channels, bulk scheduling and detailed analytics so that you can see which of your posts are most effective and when the best time to post them is.

I used Hootsuite for many years and prefer Zoho by a long way. Much more usable and more social media channels covered.
I think that Zoho Social is perfect for busy entrepreneurs like me who need to get different messages out to different channels every week. This makes my life much easier.
