Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are using Zoho Social to post social media updates to our four main channels targeting B2B folks. It helps us stay up-to-date with social media and gain new followers.
- Schedule posts in the future.
- SmartQ to allow the app to post at the best time.
- I would like to see them do a better job when sharing photos or videos. The interface can be a bit clunky when sharing photos or videos.
- It's allowed me to be active on LinkedIn which was neglected by us in the past.
I've used HootSuite in the past, but not lately. I think HootSuite is probably more feature-rich, but I can't say for sure.
