We are using Zoho Social to post social media updates to our four main channels targeting B2B folks. It helps us stay up-to-date with social media and gain new followers.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Schedule posts in the future.
SmartQ to allow the app to post at the best time.

Cons

I would like to see them do a better job when sharing photos or videos. The interface can be a bit clunky when sharing photos or videos.

Return on Investment

It's allowed me to be active on LinkedIn which was neglected by us in the past.

Alternatives Considered

I've used HootSuite in the past, but not lately. I think HootSuite is probably more feature-rich, but I can't say for sure.

Likelihood to Recommend

Works great for easy management of several social media channels and tracking how well the posts are reaching your intended audience.
