Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

As a busy small business owner using Zoho Social is an amazing software to communicate and engage with customers. It is very cost effective so that I do not need to have a huge budget. Additionally, the mobile applications allow me to monitor business social media accounts on the go. The business problem that it address is reports, they allow us to see how each post is working, and if it is effective communication.

The affordability.
I would completely recommend zoho social to a colleague, because it is affordable, reliable, and a must have for communicating with customers and prospects in the digital marketing era. Again I use zoho social because it also connects with other important business applications, like the CRM, email campaigns, custom reports, etc.
