Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho social is being used by our marketing department to manage and schedule social media posts.

We really like that it allows us to schedule our posts for the future so we can efficiently use time to schedule interactions for the week.

I also really like the reports which help us quantify our business decisions.

  • The cost is so low (free for the basic version) that the ROI is an easy win.
The Zoho product is easy to use compared to others.
The price is great for the product, there are so many non-featured free products or products that are too expensive. The value of Zoho is perfect and we appreciate that as a small business.
