Love It
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I use it to manage all my social media accounts, it just makes it easier to put everything in one place instead of logging into each account by itself. I've tried all the other ones, and for the price, they give you the most features, and when I've had to call someone, they have been really helpful.
Pros
- Customer service if you have a question or problem is amazing
- Lots of features and tracking tools
- Easy to use
Cons
- Overall I really like them, so far so good
- It helps me better track what's working and what's not as well as respond to new/current customers quickly right from the app.
- Hootsuite and Buffer
Zoho Social just has a lot more features and A LOT better price point than the other guys.
