We are using zoho social to update all of our platforms easily and with consistent content.
- Collaboration - all team members can get involved with providing structured content
- Information - providing an up to the minute account of what is going on with your "Brand"
- User Interface - is very clear and easy to understand and use
- Free Plan is very limited
- Reports could be better
- Reports could have more funcionality
- It is hard to define an ROI solely for Zoho Social as we have been using multiple channels including LinkedIn direct and Facebook auto posting
- Estimated ROI on a monthly basis would be somewhere in the order of 100 - 200% average
