Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

It is used by the online team to schedule and measure social media messages. It addresses the problem of having to post on social media regularly, without fail.
  • Scheduling posts is simple. Many similar services aren't so user-friendly.
  • It provides analytics at-a-glance. You don't have to go digging for them.
  • It is reliable. I have never had a post fail with Zoho, whereas I have with Buffer.
  • More attractive interface.
  • Separate login for the social area as that's the only thing we use.
  • Show images in the same way that Twitter does when scheduling for Twitter.
  • Allowed for better planning
  • Caused less stress
  • Allowed employees to have time off
Buffer posts fail, Hoot Suite is more complicated, Zoho is reliable and simple to use.
When you're arranging down-time for the Christmas holiday you can use Zoho to post messages that make you seem live. It isn't particularly appropriate for posting breaking news.
