Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is being used by two of our team members to schedule our social media posts across a number of networks. It helps streamline posting and provides a one-stop-shop for all social media interactions and actions.

Pros

  • Scheduling.
  • Reporting.
  • Pricing.
  • Collaborations between the team.
  • Connections with those interacting on our channels.

Cons

  • Being able to post to Instagram with a video only and not a picture.
5 - Running all aspects of the philanthropic fund raising business from management to admin to charity interaction on the ground.
  • Minimal impact the pricing is much cheaper than other systems we have looked at.
It suits our model perfectly. We are a philanthropic group so don't want to be wasting funds on expensive systems that then don't get to our intended charities. Zoho has great functionality without the expensive price tag.
