Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use this tool to monitor, schedule, publish, and review our analytics. It has been instrumental in knowing what is happening across multiple brands that we have. We also love and use the team functionality and the way team members can be restricted to just a brand or multiple across the platform.

4 - Our CEO, marketing team, leasing team for our townhomes, and myself use this platform. It has excellent team collaboration features.
Sprout sucks and is expensive. It doesn't have a clean UI or user-friendly navigation like Zoho does. Hootsuite is just the thing everyone starts with it seems.
If you are small to mid-sized company this is the platform to use. The number of features you receive for the amount you pay every month is exceptional. No other platform that manages social channels can match what Zoho has as far as to feature plus the monthly price. This is the platform to use. I would give this platform a shot if you are looking for something that can do what this does without paying crazy amounts of dollars every month in subscriptions.
