Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We are exploring social media, first we used Hootsuite but we think it has way less functions than Zoho Social. The analytics are way more extensive and will help you to find important data for your social media channels. We use the professional plan, which included a lot of options. Pricewise Zoho Social is a really good option, if you compare this social media tool with other tools, you get more and pay less.
  • Analytics are very extended
  • Best time preview will help you to post on the 'right' time
  • I would like to see my post in a Instagram/Facebook etc. frame, before I post it. It is nice to see your post within the layout of the social media channel.
  • Can not say anything about this point yet, because we only used it for 30 days. Part of that 30 days was a holiday (2 weeks), which we post less

I would advise other people to use Zoho Social, because it is easy and quick. You can watch movies about how to use it, so it is accessible for everybody. The only thing, is the language. My English is not so good (as you can read), sometimes that can be hard. But it is not that hard, so you will figure that out
Hard question to answer for me, I did not contact the support of Zoho Social. But what I do like is the emails that I received, it helped me to get the best out of Zoho. Sometimes you will miss some features, or you simply did not know that they exist.
The dashboard is well looking and clear. It is easy to use and find things on the dashboard, where you are looking for.

Connecting to bitly is a bit hard. Zoho Social automatically shortens the link. It took me a while before I understand how it worked. I think that could be easier for the users.
